Índice de la ASX que recoge la evolución de un conjunto de compañías de recursos (minería, energía, etc.), separando el comportamiento del sector de recursos del de industriales y financieras. Es especialmente útil para analizar ciclos de materias primas y comparar proyectos o empresas mineras con el promedio del sector.
